You have spent too long trying to make it work on your own, but you do not have to do it alone. I will help you feel supported and cared for as you work through your pain. I will be by your side as you grow and heal. I will empower you to find the calm within.
The worry and anxiety is suffocating. Sometimes it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. You might feel lost and you aren’t sure what you want, what you need, or even who you are.
You are looking to find steady ground again. You want to let go of your past. You are seeking peace and clarity.
I can help. My goal in individual therapy is to give you the safe, supportive space to work through the challenges of life, past and present.
Everything feels harder with anxiety or depression and it can be tough to see a way out. Whether you're feeling paralyzed by worry or weighed down by sadness, together, we'll navigate the path to feeling better.
We’ll examine what's going on beneath the surface. I’ll support you in exploring the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that contribute and help you to find healthier, more effective ways to cope so you can start feeling more balanced and at ease.
Taking the first step is the hardest part, but I’m here for you every step of the way.
Grief isn’t just something we feel when we lose someone we love. It’s any kind of loss that shakes us—whether it’s divorce or the end of a relationship, losing your health, moving away from a place that felt like home, or even losing a sense of who you are.
These things change you, and it’s normal to feel lost, disconnected, or like you’re just going through the motions. In our work together, we’ll make space for all the complicated emotions without judgment or pressure to “move on”. We’ll honor what or who you’ve lost, rebuild your confidence, and figure out what this next chapter looks like for you. Loss can be lonely but you don't have to do this alone. I’ll walk alongside you as you find healing, clarity, and a path forward.
Being a woman can come with a lot of challenges. Juggling multiple roles, managing expectations and navigating life’s changes, it can feel as if you just can’t get it right. Self-doubt creeps in, your self-esteem takes a hit and you no longer recognize yourself. In our work together, we will dive into what’s on your mind and work through what is weighing you down.
I’ll help you to find your voice, set boundaries, and reconnect with the strong, confident woman you are. Whether you need support with fertility struggles, adjusting to life as a new mom, or just figuring out who you are beyond your roles as a wife, mom, daughter and/or professional, you’ll have my support through it all.
Health issues can really throw you off balance—whether it’s a new diagnosis, a long-term illness, or something unexpected that changes your life. It’s totally normal to feel overwhelmed, scared, or even lost when your body starts acting differently or you’re dealing with ongoing treatments. I work with people who are adjusting to medical challenges, helping them manage the stress, fear, and anxiety that often comes with it.
Together, we’ll figure out how to cope with all the emotional ups and downs and find ways to move forward—at your pace. You don’t have to handle this on your own. Let’s talk about how you can feel more in control and get through this in a way that works for you.
Let’s face it—parenting is tough. From dealing with tantrums to teen drama, sleepless nights, or just the constant pressure to get it right, it’s easy to feel like you're not measuring up. You're not alone. I work with parents who are looking for support in navigating the ups and downs of raising kids. If you're struggling with discipline, communication, balancing everything, or just need someone to talk to about the challenges, I’m here to help you figure it out.
Together, we’ll explore ways to feel more confident in your role as a parent, manage the stress, and find strategies that work for your family so you can feel more at peace in your parenting journey.
We all carry some kind of baggage from the past—experiences or events that leave deep emotional scars. Sometimes, these wounds can show up in unexpected ways, affecting how we think, feel, and relate to others. If you’re struggling with unresolved trauma, past hurts, or memories that just won’t seem to let go, you don’t have to carry them on your own.
In therapy, we can explore how your past has shaped your present and work together to release the hold it has on you. It’s not about forgetting what happened, but about finding a way to move forward, heal, and build a life that feels more peaceful and in control. Healing is possible, and you deserve to feel free from the weight of the past.
Therapy is hard and I want to be there to help you through. I believe the foundation to success and healing in psychotherapy is a safe, warm therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable to take the risks, feel the feels, and live the change you so desperately want. I will help you find your inner peace and empower you to live a life that feels good to you.
I use a psychodynamic lens to help you explore how your past continues to live in your present. I will incorporate cognitive-behavioral interventions to help you understand how to change your thinking and create a new path forward.
While I have a private practice currently, I have worked in college counseling centers, hospitals, ERs and out-patient clinics, rehabilitation facilities, and nursing homes. Regardless of the setting, my practice is centered on creating a space for you to feel safe, seen, and cared for. I am passionate about the work I do and I feel privileged to walk alongside my clients as they heal and grow.
